Barside Brewing is an up-and-coming family-owned brewery in the small town of Hamburg, New Jersey. They approached JH Graphics about designing a brand and matching website. As a new business with no existing visuals, Barside had the endless possibilities for stylistic direction. The project kicked off with a discovery phase to ensure a final result that would accurately reflect the business and stand out. This discovery included understanding business goals, analyzing competitors, defining target audience, and establishing brand attributes. Initial concepts were created and presented to the client. After selecting a final concept, the design was further refined. Upon finalizing the logo, a brand visual guide was created to provide the client with a holistic visual direction and ensure easy future implementation. This branding project was completed in collaboration with another designer.
